We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or communicate with the seller within 30 days of receiving the order to get a corresponding refund.

The product should be returned in its original condition and must be packed in its original packaging in a sturdy paper tube.

Because all paintings are purely handmade. If the buyer cancels the order without reason more than 10 days after purchase, the buyer will have to pay a production fee of $50.

We offer free replacements for damaged items. If your item is damaged during shipping, we apologize and ask you to send us a message with your order number and photos of the damaged artwork. Let us deal with the courier. We will send out a replacement within a few days.

We will bear the shipping costs of all products. After the buyer receives the product, if the product has no quality problems and needs to be returned, the shipping costs need to be borne by the buyer.
