您訂購的作品由原畫的藝術家親自創作。

在繪畫創作過程中，藝術家會向您展示您所訂購畫作的照片和影片。

您可以表達所有的需求，例如顏色和色調方面的偏好。藝術家會根據您的要求進行所有必要的修改。只有當您對畫作完全滿意時，我們才會通過FedEx/DHL將作品寄送給您！

我們將始終確保您對購買感到滿意。如果您對購買不滿意，您可以在收到訂單後30天內退回產品或與賣家溝通以獲得相應的退款。

產品應以原始狀態退回，並且必須包裝在堅固的紙管原包裝內。

由於所有畫作均為純手工製作，若買家在購買後超過10天無故取消訂單，買家需支付50美元的製作費用。
